Julian Lewis

Julian Lewis is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Senior Director at Dawn Foods Global since 2024, Lewis previously held the position of Vice President of Sales at RipeLocker, Inc., where efforts focused on commercializing innovative post-harvest technology for fresh perishables. Prior roles include Vice President of Business Development at Shiru, where a go-to-market strategy was established for a plant-based foodtech start-up, and Vice President General Manager at Puratos, leading a $100 million food ingredients subsidiary. Lewis also held various leadership positions at Cadbury Schweppes PLC, including Head of Sales - Foodservice and Head of Customer Operations. Academic credentials include a General Management degree from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
