Melissa Trimmer, CEPC, AAC, currently serves as the Senior Director Culinary and Corporate Executive Chef at Dawn Foods Global, where leadership encompasses all Culinary & Innovation Studio activities across North America. With extensive experience in culinary innovation, Melissa has held previous roles as Corporate Chef for ARYZTA and US Foods, and contributed significantly to menu and product development. Additional expertise includes educational leadership as Department Chair of Baking and Pastry Arts at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and executive pastry positions at renowned restaurants such as C-House and Butter. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Johnson & Wales University, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Baking and Pastry Arts.
