Stuart Smith

Stuart Smith has extensive experience in tax, treasury, risk management, legal, and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Vice President and Treasurer at Dawn Food Products since October 1998. Smith has held various positions at Dawn Food Products, including Director of Tax, Treasury, and Risk Management, and Corporate Tax Director. Prior experience includes roles as Tax Manager at All-Phase Electric, Senior Tax Analyst at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, and Revenue Agent at the Internal Revenue Service. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Defiance College, earned between 1984 and 1988.
