Ronan O Meara

Ronan O Meara serves as the Sales Manager at Dawn Meats since November 2006, where responsibilities include managing sales development strategies for frozen offal stocks across the UK and Ireland, achieving sales targets through organic growth and new business opportunities, and coordinating a sales team to maximize the value of stock in response to market dynamics. Previously, Ronan held the role of Commercial Manager, overseeing daily production coordination and intercompany logistics for meat products, and also progressed through a graduate management program beginning on the production line. Prior experience includes customer service roles at The Art and Hobby Shop and Maddens Supermarket, and assisting in dairy product delivery with Paul Madden. Educational qualifications comprise a Master’s in Food Marketing from University College Cork and several business-related degrees from Athlone Institute of Technology and Technological University of the Shannon.
