Simon Grove

Simon Grove has over 27 years of experience in the engineering field, currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at Dawn Meats Group since February 1996. In this role, Simon Grove manages the Fresh Meats Engineering division to ensure production teams meet customer service requirements and has played a key role in transitioning from a manual Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) system to an automated system. Prior to this, Simon Grove worked as an Engineering Apprentice and Engineer at Roy's Quality Foods from 1991 to 1996, gaining experience across multiple departments while studying Electrical Installation, Refrigeration, and Electronics.
