Ties Boukema

Ties Boukema has extensive experience in data, technology, and artificial intelligence across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Data, Tech & AI at Dawn Capital, Ties is focused on building the data function and developing proprietary platforms such as Brainstem and Rolodex. As a Co-Founder of Cognitas, Ties specializes in AI strategy and automation for businesses, while also offering SQL, Python, and Data Literacy training. Previous roles include Revenue Analytics Lead at Google, where Ties managed BI and revenue reporting for Enterprise Ads in EMEA, and Senior Technical Data Analyst focusing on critical projects like the ARDA initiative. Ties holds a Master's in Management from The London School of Economics and a degree from Utrecht University.
