Pranav Karthik Nagesh is an accomplished technology and product leader, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Dawnbreak AI since January 2025. With a robust background in product management, Pranav held key roles such as Product Lead at Rippling and Head of Product at Octai, where significant achievements included architecting a company vision and leading a team to develop a minimum viable product within a tight timeframe. Prior experience includes Senior Technical Product Lead positions at Builder.ai and Amazon, where contributions involved enhancing app development efficiency and overseeing a product pipeline for vendor services. Pranav also gained valuable experience at Google as a Product Manager for the Identity Platform APIs and earlier as a Full Stack Engineer at JPMorgan Chase & Co.
