Niha Dagia

Niha Dagia is an accomplished journalist and media professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of Department at Dawn News English and Executive Producer at DawnNews since June 2022, Niha has previously worked as a Multimedia Journalist at BBC, Foreign Policy, and TRT, where topics included the impact of political events on Asia and social issues like mental health. As Head of Content and Digital Strategy at The Express Tribune, Niha managed editorial teams and developed digital strategies. Additionally, as Co-Founder of Road to Recovery, Niha advocated for accessible mental health care and destigmatization efforts. Niha holds a Graduate Diploma in Professional Counselling from Swinburne University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Virtual University of Pakistan.
