David DeCapua has extensive experience in the search, recruiting, and staffing industry, serving as Principal at Dawson Resources since 1994. Prior to this role, David worked as an Account Executive at Physicians Sales and Service from May 1990 to April 1994, where notable accomplishments included establishing a territory in North Miami, Florida, and successfully replicating this in central Ohio, culminating in receiving the "Eagle Award" in 1994 for top sales performance. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Kentucky, obtained between 1986 and 1990, and completed secondary education at Upper Arlington High School.
