Melanie Dotson Csp

Melanie Dotson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Melanie is currently working at Dawson as the Director of Account Management, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at Dawson from February 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining Dawson, Melanie worked at Sequent, Inc., where they held the role of Senior Account Manager from July 2016 to April 2018, followed by an Account Manager position from September 2012 to July 2016.

Their career began at Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co. L.P.A., where they served as a Corporate Trainer from August 2005 to May 2007. At Sequent, Inc., their first job after college, they held the position of Business Development Representative from August 2004 to August 2005.

Melanie Dotson, CSP, has a strong education background. Melanie obtained their MLHR degree in Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at PennWest Clarion, earning a B.S.B.A degree in Management and Industrial Relations from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their education, Melanie Dotson has also obtained the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification from the American Staffing Association.
