Jenna Bearden Carpenter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jenna began their career in 2003 as a Pharmacy Technician at Goodson's Pharmacy, where they worked until 2012. In 2009, they also served as a Payee at Cumberland County Mental Health for a year.
Carpenter then transitioned to Northeast Georgia Health System in 2009, starting as a Surgical Coordinator before becoming an IT Support Specialist in 2011. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as the Coordinator for IT Physician Outreach.
Since 2016, Carpenter has been with Dawson County Schools, starting as the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent for a year before taking on various roles in the Human Resources department. Jenna worked as the Human Resources Executive Assistant and Title IX Coordinator until 2022, when they were promoted to Human Resources Coordinator and Title IX Coordinator. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator.
Jenna Bearden Carpenter's education history begins in 2003 when they attended the University of North Georgia. However, it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or studied any specific field during their time there. In 2006, they enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management in 2008. Following this, in 2017, Jenna pursued a Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership at Western Governors University, which they completed in 2018. Currently, Jenna is studying at Bellevue University, where they are working towards a Doctorate in Business Administration. Jenna is expected to graduate in 2025.
