Gene Stice has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. Gene has held various leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), President, and CEO.
Their most recent position was as the CFO at Dawson James Securities, Inc. starting in 2023.
Before that, they served as the CCO at Chapin Davis, Inc. from May 2023 to January 2024. In this role, they provided compliance support to the management and sales teams, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
From 2019 to 2023, Stice held the position of Broker-Dealer CFO and Group Controller at Insigneo. Gene managed the brokerage accounting function while also assisting in areas such as compliance and fixed income operations.
Prior to Insigneo, they worked at Northeast Securities as the COO and CCO from 2017 to 2018. Northeast Securities is the domestic arm of the Insigneo Group, providing investment services to retail and corporate clients.
Stice has also served as the President and CEO of Nuovo Corporate Services, Inc., providing strategic accounting and administrative support to international and domestic companies.
Gene began their career at The Jeffrey Matthews Financial Group as the CFO and CCO, overseeing the financial affairs of the company.

Gene Stice received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from The College of New Jersey, attending from 1978 to 1982. Later, from 1985 to 1989, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
