Mitchell Way

Mitchell Way is an experienced construction professional currently serving as a Superintendent at Dawson Wallace Construction Ltd. since August 2022, following a tenure at Fillmore Construction where Mitchell held the roles of Superintendent and General Foreman from May 2013 to March 2023. Previous experience includes a position as a Foreman at Stuart Olson Inc., managing large scale commercial and institutional projects from inception to completion, and starting out as a Carpenter at Alta-Fab Structures Ltd. Mitchell's educational background includes a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter certification from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, achieved between 2007 and 2011, and a high school diploma from Canon Richards High School.
