Adam Mikes has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Adam started their career as an Intern/Survey Assistant at Stanley Consultants in 1999 and worked there until 2004. After that, they joined R M Towill Corp as an Associate Engineer from 2004 to 2006.

In 2006, they joined Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) and held multiple roles during their time there. Adam started as a Construction Manager from July 2006 to February 2010. Adam then became a Design Manager from February 2010 to November 2014. After that, they served as a Construction Manager from November 2014 to August 2015. Finally, they were promoted to the position of Supervisory Civil Engineer and held that role from August 2015 to October 2019.

Currently, Adam Mikes is working as a Project Manager at DAWSON, a position they have held since October 2019.

Adam Mikes attended Loyola Marymount University from 2000 to 2004. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
