Allen Swanda

Allen Swanda has an extensive work history in various leadership and consulting roles. Allen'smost recent position is as a Project Manager for DAWSON, a Native Hawaiian Global Business enterprise serving the U.S. Department of Defense and Federal Government Clients. Prior to this, they served as a US Army Colonel (Retired) and worked as an Independent Senior Consultant and Leadership Coach. Allen also ran as a candidate for the Ward 3 Seat on the Oklahoma City Council.

Earlier in their career, Swanda held positions as a Partner/Director at Asia Connections Inc. (ACI), an Independent Senior Consultant, and Organization and Leadership Coach. Allen also worked as a Senior Department of Defense Official and Chief of Nuclear, Biological, Chemical (NBC) Defense Operations at North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Allen served as the Commander of the 23rd Chemical Defense Battalion in Waegwan, Republic of Korea, and held numerous other leadership, command, and staff positions within the United States Department of Defense. Swanda's work experience spans from 1982 to the present day.

Allen Swanda completed their education with a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration and Management, General and Computer Programming from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Allen attended the university from 1978 to 1982. Later, in 2004 to 2005, Allen pursued a Master of Strategic Studies degree at the US Army War College.
