Michelle Caruso has a diverse work experience in the environmental and munitions response services sector. Michelle is currently serving as the Program Manager and Northeast Regional Manager at DAWSON, a Native Hawaiian Organization 8(a) Small Business. In this role, they are responsible for program management, project management, and business development. Michelle oversees the construction, cyber intelligence, environmental, and munitions response service lines in Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Washington, DC. Prior to this, they worked at Tetra Tech as the Munitions Response Program Director and Project Manager, where they focused on business development and marketing of munitions response services. Michelle also served as a Project Manager and Senior Geologist, managing various projects involving geological, hydrological, and geophysical investigations. Additionally, Michelle worked at Foster Wheeler Environmental as a Senior Geologist and Project Manager, and at Bell Environmental Consultants, Inc. as a Staff Geologist.

Michelle Caruso received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geology from Rutgers University - Newark.
