Rob Barrett is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in both technical and professional services. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at DAWSON since September 2021, Rob specializes in various sectors, including construction and environmental services. Previously, as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Chameleon Integrated Services, Rob led a recruitment team that successfully onboarded numerous personnel with high-level security clearances. At The Newberry Group, Rob contributed significantly to gross revenue while developing improved recruiting processes. Rob's career began at Meridian Enterprises and progressed through roles in recruitment and management at multiple organizations, including Belcan Technical Services and UPS.
