Tom Yuen

Tom Yuen has had a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Tom started their career as a Project Engineer at Peoples Gas in 1988, where they analyzed and coordinated the development of gas distribution networks. Tom then moved on to 360 Communications in 1994, where they served as a Senior Project Engineer and supervised project teams responsible for implementing new telecommunications services.

In 1997, Tom joined Worldcom, Inc. as a Network Development Manager, providing project management and financial analysis for a fiber optic expansion program. Tom then transitioned to Focal Communications in 1998, where they worked as a Manager of Network Engineering and was responsible for project management and supervision of facility construction projects.

From 2004 to 2005, Tom worked as a Project Consultant at TT Venture Unlimited LLC, implementing projects and growth initiatives to improve revenues. Tom then joined Walgreens in 2006 as a Manager of Retail Operations, where they cooperated with store managers to achieve operational targets and analyzed retail trends.

Tom's next role was as Assistant Director, Project Management - Facilities at Thresholds from 2007 to 2021. Tom assisted in the development and coordination of programs and projects to ensure proper operation and preservation of the agency's buildings. Tom also supervised the construction of co-located health clinics as part of a healthcare partnership.

In 2021, Tom joined Comprehensive Construction Consulting, Inc. as a Project Manager, leading and managing a portfolio of construction projects. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at DAWSON, starting in November 2022.
