Paul Brewer has extensive experience in the sweeper service and engineering sector, currently serving as Operations Director at Dawsongroup since July 2005, where roles have evolved from Engineering Manager to Operations Manager overseeing multiple departments. Paul began their career at Northern Municipal Spares, progressing from Apprentice Engineer to Field Service Engineer, eventually becoming Service Manager, managing a growing team and fleet. Prior experience includes work as an Engineer/Operator at Angus Heron Roadsweepers, which provided a solid foundation in engineering and operational efficiency. Paul has played a significant role in the success of Dawsongroup, contributing to the safe maintenance and operation of a large fleet of sweepers across the UK.
