Caroline Murray

Caroline Murray, ETA CPP, has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Caroline has most recently worked at Daxko as the Vice President of SMB Payments, demonstrating their expertise in managing small to medium-sized business payments. Prior to that, they held positions such as Senior Director and Director of SMB Payments at Daxko. Caroline also has experience in the payment industry through their role as a Payments Portfolio Manager at Zen Planner, where they focused on customer advocacy and managing the payment portfolio. Additionally, they have a background in event management and logistics, having worked as the Operations/Logistics Event Lead at Capital Concerts, Inc. and the Athlete Services/Operations Coordinator at IRONMAN, where they oversaw various operational elements and executed major projects. Caroline also has experience in internal operations management, having held positions such as Internal Operations Manager at timehop and Internal Operations Coordinator at Tough Mudder LLC. Caroline's earlier experience includes roles at Wake Forest University, where they held positions such as Special Events Assistant, Resident Advisor, Columnist, and Intramural Sports Supervisor and Administrative Coordinator. Caroline Murray, ETA CPP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science, English, and Entrepreneurship/Social Enterprise from Wake Forest University, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. In 2014 and 2015, they obtained a Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, specializing in Holistic Health, Food, Nutrition, and Wellness. Caroline Murray also attended Mt. Lebanon High School from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they received the ETA CPP certification from the Electronic Transactions Association in December 2021.
