Pat Harper

Pat Harper is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Daxko since April 2025, Pat previously held the same position at CATALIS from November 2020 to March 2025. Prior to that, Pat worked at PGI as CTO, SVP of iMeet Operations, and Principal Consultant from January 2015 to November 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Information Officer and Global Executive Leader at OpenText from January 2013 to January 2015, overseeing a $140 million USD operating budget and a team of 660 across 20 countries. Pat has also led IT Operations as Executive VP of Information Technology at EasyLink Services from January 2010 to January 2013, managing a global organization of 200 and a budget of $65 million. Pat holds a B.Sci. in Information and Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Artificial Intelligence from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
