April Bowman

April Bowman has worked in the Human Resources field since 1995. April began their career at Universal 1 Credit as an Assistant Manager in 1995. April then moved to Twist Inc. in 2002, where they worked as a Data Processor. In 2004, they took a role as Bakery Manager at Lofino's. In 2005, they began working at YS Federal Credit Union as a Member Service Representative. Finally, in 2006, they joined Day Air Credit Union, where they have held four roles: Director Human Resources, Director of Member Services, Main Office Branch Manager, and Assistant Manager of the University of Dayton Branch. In each role, they have been responsible for personnel-related activities, training, recruiting, benefits administration, HR compliance, and business development. Additionally, they have had to effectively communicate with members and represent the credit union in a professional manner.

April Bowman attended Xenia High School from 1991 to 1994.
