John D. Theobald, MBA has over 18 years of experience in the banking industry. From 2002-2007, they worked in the trenches at Wright-Patt Credit Union. In 2007, they moved to Day Air Credit Union as Director of Mortgage Services. In 2013, they became President of CU Appraisal Services, where they oversaw all day-to-day operations and reported to the Executive Chairman and CUSO board. In 2016, they returned to Day Air Credit Union as Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, where they supported the President/CEO in activities such as strategic planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling the credit union's corporate affairs in all lending related areas. John D. also established and maintained an effective system of communication with other functional areas throughout the organization, and developed lending and collection policies, procedures, and processes.
John D. Theobald, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration from the University of Dayton. John D. also attended The Wharton School for the CUES CEO Institute I. In 2020-2021, John D. Theobald, MBA participated in Leadership Dayton. Before that, they studied Business Administration and Management, General at Miami University and received their Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
