Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Day Automation is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to unified security systems, building automation, instructional technology, and energy services. Comprised of multiple Project Coordinators and a Project Manager, the team ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while also coordinating technical aspects to deliver secure and sustainable solutions for clients.
