Phil Stickland is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and service delivery. Currently serving as the Customer Transformation Programme Lead at Day Lewis Pharmacy since October 2020, Phil previously held the position of Project Manager at Echo from August 2018 to September 2020. Phil's extensive experience at INPS Ltd from April 2003 to August 2018 includes roles as Business Continuity Manager, where responsibilities involved the creation and maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan, and Head of Service Delivery, during which Phil established and developed a service delivery team, implemented an Integrated Management System, and achieved accreditation for multiple international standards. Additionally, Phil managed customer support escalations and provided leadership in technical support roles earlier in their career. Phil's foundational education was completed at Bexley Grammar School.
