Lucas Rushton

Lucas Rushton is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as a Mental Health Clinician at Day One since November 2022. Prior to this role, Lucas gained valuable experience as an LCPC Student at Maine Behavioral Health Organization from June 2021 to January 2023 and worked as a Mental Health Worker at Riverview Psychiatric Center in the latter half of 2020. Lucas holds a Master of Arts in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology from the University of Maine at Farmington and a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Humanistic Psychology and Studio Art from Saint Anselm College. With a strong focus on attentive listening, conversational facilitation, mediation, and verbal de-escalation, Lucas is committed to supporting consumers in their mental health journeys.
