Zev Handelman

Zev Handelman has extensive work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Zev is currently working at Day One Biopharmaceuticals as the VP of Sales and Marketing and Commercial Launch Leader. Zev previously served as the Interim Chief Commercial Officer at the same company. Before joining Day One Biopharmaceuticals, Zev Handelman worked at Dermira, Inc. as the Vice President of Strategic Marketing. At Genentech, they held various roles such as Marketing Director, Marketing Director of Pulmozyme, Associate Director of Strategy and Promotions for Pegasys, Division Sales Manager for Oncology, and Group Product Manager for Tarceva. Zev has a strong background in commercial planning, portfolio management, business development, and strategic marketing.

Zev Handelman's education history begins in 1992, when they enrolled at Duke University. Zev completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 1996. After some years in the workforce, Zev decided to pursue further education. Zev enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley in 2001 for two different degree programs. Zev completed their Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Healthcare Management at the University of California, Berkeley in 2003. During the same period, they also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Healthcare Policy and Management from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
