Jennifer Palwa-Lajara has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Jennifer is currently working as the IT Solutions Lead - Record to Report (RTR) at Day & Ross since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Accenture from 2011 to 2022, where they held various positions including Business Process Delivery Consultant, Junior Project Manager (PMO), Transformation Lead, Record to Report (RTR) Operations Team Lead/Process Consultant, Record to Report (RTR) Junior Team Lead/Process Consultant, and Financial and Accounting Reporting Analyst/Associate. Before joining Accenture, they worked as an Accounting Associate at WATSONS PERSONAL CARE STORES (PHILIPPINES), INC. from April 2009 to May 2010.

Jennifer Palwa-Lajara completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Dr. Filemon C. Aguilar Memorial College in Las Piñas from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Operational Excellence Foundations and Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn, as well as Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services. In 2010, they became a Chartered Professional Accountant through the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
