Justin Gray

Justin Gray's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Justin worked at Virtual Agent Services from September 2006 to April 2008 as a Team Lead, where they were responsible for being an escalation point for client concerns and training and coaching employees. In July 2008, they joined Day & Ross as a Customer Care Representative and later held roles such as Customer Service Supervisor, Operations Manager, Manager Customer Care, Manager Organizational Development - Human Resources, and most recently, Director of Human Resources Atlantic Canada & Quebec. In these positions, they gained experience in customer service, operations management, organizational development, and human resources.

Justin Gray earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Maine at Presque Isle from 2024 to 2026. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of New Brunswick from 2018 to 2019. In 2006, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from St. Thomas University.
