Trevor Deagle

Vice President, Engineering at Day & Ross

Trevor Deagle has extensive work experience, primarily with the companies Day & Ross and Air Liquide. Trevor started their career in 1994 as an Engineer in Training with Air Liquide, where they worked in various roles related to customer installations and industrial gas applications. From 1996 to 2010, they held several positions within Air Liquide, focusing on product management, marketing, financial control, and global strategic planning. In 2010, they transitioned to Day & Ross as the Vice President of Western Operations, responsible for managing operational costs, driving continuous improvement, and overseeing the growth of the Western Canada region. Trevor currently holds the position of Vice President of Engineering at Day & Ross.

Trevor Deagle holds an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dalhousie University, earned from 1993 to 1996. Trevor also completed a Science degree in Engineering at the University of Prince Edward Island from 1990 to 1993. In 2002, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) specializing in Strategic Management, Finance, and International at the Schulich School of Business - York University. Trevor further pursued executive education at the London Business School in 2012 and 2013 through the Center for Management Development. Additionally, they have acquired certifications in "Achieving Mental Flow & Thriving" from Duke University and "Fostering Inclusion and Diversity" from the Yale School of Management in 2020.
