Daniela Mira

Daniela Mira is the current HR Manager at Day Translations. Prior to their current position, they worked as a translator, verifier, and language director at TVT. Daniela also has experience working as a freelance subtitler and translator for Gibberish, Lda. In addition, they served as the "Rio de Janeiro Guide" Official Translator for Riotur - Empresa de Turismo do Município S.A. from October 2011 to November 2015. From 2017-2022, they worked as a freelance translator for Word Nautics. In 2016-2017, they were the Chief Operations Officer for The Maria Cristina Foundation in Bangladesh. Lastly, they were an Education Consultant for Universal Study in the United Kingdom from January 2011 to May 2011.

Daniela Mira has a Masters in International Education and Development from the University of Sussex. Daniela also has an undergraduate degree in Languages and Literatures from the University of Lisbon. Daniela is currently on hiatus from their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Intercultural Relations from Universidade Aberta. Daniela has certification from LinkedIn in Business Writing Principles, IEFP in Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas, Cambridge College in Certificate of Proficiency in English, and Netflix in Netflix Hermes Test.
