Muneeb Arfan

Muneeb Arfan is an experienced Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with a specialization in Major Trauma and Orthopaedic scrub and anesthetics. Currently employed at Day Webster Group since February 2023 and JustNurses since October 2022, Muneeb previously held ODP positions at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital NHS Trust, where responsibilities included teaching and mentoring students and new starters. Muneeb began the ODP journey as a Student at Queens Medical Centre, learning the key roles of scrub, recovery, and anaesthetic practices. Muneeb holds a Master of Science degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor of Science degree in Operating Department Practice from the University of Leicester.
