Jeff Mirviss

Jeff is a global healthcare executive with more than 30 years of experience in operational leadership roles across sales, marketing, and general management. Currently, he serves as Executive Vice President and President for the Peripheral Interventions Division of Boston Scientific, one of the largest medical technology companies in the world. Jeff also serves as a member of the Executive Committee at Boston Scientific and has enterprise level responsibilities for Latin America, Canada and the Government Affairs function. He is also the Executive Sponsor of the Women’s Network Employee Resource Group, an advocacy group aimed at accelerating the advancement of female leaders, and the Diversity and Inclusion Council. Since 2011, he has been part of the executive team that has returned the company to growth and increased the market cap from under $10 billion to over $50 billion. Prior to joining Boston Scientific, Jeff worked for companies ranging in size from a pre-revenue venture-backed medical device startup to Dow 30 companies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.
