Alejandro Quirarte

Alejandro Quirarte has had a diverse range of work experiences. Alejandro started their career in 2012 as a Behavior Therapist at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. (CARD), where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District as a School Psychologist Intern, and also worked as a Behavior Consultant at Behavior And Education (BAE). In 2017, they joined Garden Grove Unified School District as a School Psychologist. From 2019 to 2019, they served as a Lecturer at California State University-Los Angeles. In 2021, they started their own practice as a Licensed Educational Psychologist. Most recently, from December 2022, they have been working at Daybreak Health as a Mental Health Clinician.

Alejandro Quirarte has a strong educational background in the field of psychology. Alejandro first attended California State University, Fullerton from 2011 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Then, they pursued further education at California State University, Los Angeles from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained their Master of Science degree in School Psychology / Applied Behavior Analysis.

In addition to their degrees, Alejandro has obtained several certifications to enhance their expertise. In August 2017, they became a Nationally Certified School Psychologist through the National Association of School Psychologists. In May 2016, they acquired the certification for the Administration and Scoring of the California Ordinal Scales from the Diagnostic Center Southern California. Furthermore, in June 2021, they obtained a license as an Educational Psychologist from the Board Of Behavioral Sciences. Alongside this, they also hold a Pupil Personnel Services Clear Credential, granted to him by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing in June 2017. These additional certifications demonstrate Alejandro's commitment to professional development and their dedication to their chosen field.
