Diana Lay has over 8 years of professional experience. Diana began their career in 2011 as an Outdoor Education Instructor, Trip Leader, and Counselor at Lake of the Woods & Greenwoods Family of Camps. In 2012, they worked as a Community Management Intern at Walla Walla Leaders Network. In 2013, they worked as a Social Science Teacher for Teach For America and as a Lead Teacher and Theirtory Department Chair at Lovonya DeJean Middle School for West Contra Costa Unified School District. In 2017, they worked as an Account Manager for CodeHS. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an Account Executive and Account Director for Panorama Education. Most recently, they have been a Senior Director of Core Revenue and Growth and Head of Account Management - School Services for Daybreak Health.
Diana Lay completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theirtory from Whitman College in 2012. Diana then attended Loyola Marymount University to obtain their Secondary Social Science Teaching Credential in 2014. Diana also attended the School for International Training to study Cross-Cultural Studies. Prior to that, they earned an International Baccalaureate from Washington-Lee High School in 2008. In addition, they obtained a Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Behavioral Health in March 2017 and is currently in the process of obtaining a Single Subject Teaching Credential from Loyola Marymount University.
