Rebeca Willey

Rebeca Willey has worked in the software engineering industry for over 20 years. Rebeca began their career in 1996 as a Senior Tech Support Specialist at Gateway, Inc., providing phone support to desktop and portable customers both in the US and internationally. In 2005, they joined Faith Regional Health Services as a Clinical Systems Analyst I, where they were the primary support contact for the NextGen application. Rebeca was also responsible for template building, document building, troubleshooting, SQL server support and query building. Rebeca then moved into a Clinical Systems Analyst II role, followed by a Business Office Coordinator role, providing training and front office support for Faith Regional Physician Services using NextGen EPM software. Rebeca also had experience with claim rejection and resolution through Navicure. In 2020, they joined Daycos as a Software Engineer.

Rebeca Willey completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Information Systems/Programming from Bellevue University in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained an AAS in Medical Administrative Assistant from Northeast Nebraska Community College in 2006. In 2004, they completed a Medical Administrative Assistant program from Western Iowa Tech Community College. Rebeca also holds a certification in NCP from QSI | NextGen Healthcare.
