Brad Rathke

Brad Rathke is a highly experienced software engineer specializing in search, relevancy, and back-end services, currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Daydream since October 2023. Prior to this role, Brad worked at Google from August 2018 to October 2023, focusing on augmented and virtual reality projects, including the Immersive Stream for Games and Stadia. Brad's experience also includes positions as a Senior Software Engineer at Intel Corporation, where work centered on graphics driver development, and as a Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin, contributing to machine learning for embedded systems. In academia, Brad served as a Teaching Assistant at Binghamton University and completed roles as a Graduate Software Engineering Intern and Research Assistant, gaining expertise in computer graphics and raytracing techniques.
