Aimee Melgar

Aimee Melgar is an experienced professional currently serving as the VP of Global Partner Strategy and Programs at Dayforce since August 2023. Previously, Melgar held various roles at Workday from January 2015 to September 2023, including Director of Programs & Ops for Global Partners and Business Development, where expertise was focused on supporting deployment partner programs. Prior experience includes leadership positions such as Associate Director at Golden Gate University, where significant contributions were made to student advising and integration of Salesforce, and Director of Postsecondary Planning Services at the Illinois Student Assistance Commission, overseeing initiatives to improve college access for underrepresented students. Additional roles include Grants Manager, Scholarship Selection Committee Member, and community-focused positions at YWCA and CityTeam.
