Boris Kleiman has extensive experience in software development and management, currently holding the position of Senior Director Of Platform at Dayforce since 2012, where previous roles included Director of Development and Software Development Manager. Prior to Dayforce, Boris co-founded Go4it Automatic Trade and served as VP of R&D from 2007 to 2012. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Ness, Shadow Computer LTD, and DSBG, where responsibilities ranged from team leadership to project and R&D management. Boris holds a Master’s degree in Management from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering.
