Brian Ballard

Brian Ballard is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and delivery management. Currently serving as Director of Platform Delivery at Dayforce since August 2021, Brian focuses on enhancing cloud service operations through improved developer practices and tools. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineering Manager at Optimizely and Director of Application Development at KSM Consulting. At Cheetah Digital, Brian was Vice President of Software Engineering, managing a large agile team responsible for a significant Messaging Services business line. Previous experiences also include transformative leadership at Salesforce, ExactTarget, and Liberty Mutual, emphasizing automation, continuous delivery, and high-performance team development. Brian holds an AAS in Computer Information Systems from Ivy Tech Community College.
