Chelsey Griggs

Chelsey Griggs is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational transformation, strategy, and technology management. Currently serving as the EVP and Chief Transformation Officer at Dayforce since September 2024, Chelsey is focused on driving long-term growth and enhancing customer experience. Prior to this role, Chelsey held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Atlas, where leadership of the growth agenda in the Employer of Record market across 160 countries was achieved. At Ceridian, Chelsey progressed through multiple senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President for Merger and Acquisition and Enterprise Risk, significantly contributing to post-acquisition integration and building the Enterprise Risk Management function. With a strong foundation in technology and project management from positions at Best Buy, Lawson Software, and Accenture, Chelsey's career reflects a consistent commitment to excellence and transformation across various sectors. Chelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
