Erika Williams

Erika Williams, MBA, currently serves as Senior Manager Services for Global PMO at Dayforce since April 2022, having previously held the position of Program Manager in the same division. Prior to Dayforce, Erika was Director of Corporate Applications at TaskUs, where responsibilities included leading the Corporate Applications division across North America, South America, and Europe while ensuring optimal implementation and maintenance of applications. Erika's experience also encompasses a role as Business Planning Manager at Oracle, specializing in business process management and contract negotiations, and as Program Analyst for Quality Assurance at the Department of Veterans Affairs, providing analytical support on revenue cycle data for 26 facilities. Erika holds an MBA in Quantitative Analytics from Oklahoma City University and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
