Jaya J is an experienced professional in web optimization and conversion rate optimization, currently serving as the Sr Web Optimization Manager at Dayforce since May 2022. Jaya has held various roles in leading organizations, including Conversion Rate Optimization Lead at Moncel and CRO at Grow Enrollments. Previous experience includes positions at LineUP 7, hear.com, Erudex, and La-Z-Boy Incorporated.
