Jonathan de Beer

Jonathan de Beer is a seasoned professional in communication and product management, currently serving as Community & Advocacy Manager at Dayforce since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Communication & Communities Manager and Product Maintenance Manager at Ascender HCM from February 2017 to July 2024, following a tenure at NGA Human Resources as Manager of Product Maintenance from January 2010 to January 2017. Jonathan has extensive experience in managing product maintenance and development, alongside advocating for and establishing strategic partnerships across various organizations. Educated at the University of South Africa with a Bcom in Management and Industrial Psychology, Jonathan has successfully led initiatives introducing software to new markets and has been recognized for contributions to payroll education.
