Katya Kudashkina is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics. Currently serving as Senior Director of AI and Machine Learning at Dayforce since May 2022, Katya has previously held key roles such as Director of AI and Machine Learning at Dayforce and Director of Data and Analytics at Revera Inc. Notable entrepreneurial ventures include founding Cultura.AI, focusing on organizational culture measurement, and UDIO, which utilizes data science to facilitate sustainable agricultural practices.
