Kelly Dougherty

Kelly Dougherty serves as the Sr. Director and Sr. Legal Counsel for Global Product Compliance at Dayforce since May 2017, overseeing a team of regional lawyers and managing product compliance efforts in the United States. Prior experience includes roles as a Director and Legal Counsel focused on U.S. product compliance and Product Counsel, addressing inquiries related to employment laws and Human Capital Management. Kelly also has a background in legal education as an Adjunct Instructor at the Institute of Production and Recording and holds previous positions in product contracting and litigation at companies such as Allianz Life and Trepanier MacGillis Battina P.A. Kelly earned a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business from Belmont University.
