Matthew Kane

Matthew Kane is an accomplished professional in the HR technology sector, currently serving as Vice President of Solution Advisory for the Asia-Pacific Japan region at Dayforce since May 2017. In this role, Matthew leads the Solution Consulting and Advisory teams, focusing on customer experience, presales strategies, and providing solution advice for multiple HCM and Payroll products across 13 countries. Matthew has received recognition as a President's Circle Award Winner in 2022 and is a member of the regional Executive Leadership Team. Previous positions include Senior Director and Director of Solutions Consulting at Dayforce, Global Head of Presales at PageUp, and Senior Account Manager at NGA.NET, among other roles in recruitment and consulting firms. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management from Monash University.
