Nikia Speed is a seasoned product management leader with extensive experience at major organizations including Spotify and dunnhumby. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Dayforce, Nikia focuses on leading product development, team growth, and aligning product vision with organizational goals. Previously, Nikia held various roles at IDI Billing Solutions, where they managed implementation services and contributed significantly to product development success. Nikia holds both a Bachelor of Science in Management and an MBA in Sales & Marketing Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology, complemented by an Associate's degree in Business Administration and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Precision Machining and Engineering Technologies from Monroe Community College.
