Prachi Vyas

Prachi Vyas is a Lead UX Researcher at Dayforce since January 2022, focusing on innovative research and design initiatives for Talent Management modules. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Experience Lead and UX Design Researcher at Cummins Inc., where Prachi developed strategic research pipelines and defined product strategies through ethnographic methods. Freelance work at AashVan involved explorative research in the school bus market, while roles at Allstate and Landmark Columbus included conducting research focused on digital safety and community programs, respectively. Previous positions at Savannah College of Art and Design involved collaborating on social innovation strategies to reduce post-harvest loss and improving collaborative cultures in engineering. Prachi holds a Master of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing from Savannah College of Art and Design and dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Aided Design from Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Architecture.
