Sheila Godreau

Sheila Godreau is an experienced program manager currently serving in the Integration Management Office at Dayforce since May 2022, where responsibilities include managing the integration of operational workstreams following acquisitions and facilitating collaboration among stakeholders. Prior to this role, Sheila held various positions at Ceridian, including Director of Program Management for the EPMO and Director of Strategic Risk Initiatives, among others, contributing to the leadership of key Service Delivery initiatives. Sheila's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. Sheila holds an MBA in Finance from the Wisconsin School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Additionally, Sheila is a Graduate of Leadership St. Pete's 2011 Class.
